Putters and balls
The Bissell's Hideaway website says mini-golf is free if you have your own equipment, so that means packing some putters and extra golf balls -- hopefully to share.

July 5 is registration deadline!
Reunion registrations are coming in, but do we have YOURS??
The July 5 deadline for placing your T-shirt order is fast approaching, so don't miss out on this fashionable and nostalgic opportunity. Do you know that someday you may be recognized on the street or in a university dorm with one of these amazing shirts? True story. Ask Deb.
The registration form is below: just click on it and fill it out.
There is also the option of a youth sizes for shirts. If you need something smaller than an adult small, we can also get Youth XS to XL. Just indicate your preference on the form.
There are a number of options for submitting your registration information.
The form is a fillable PDF file, so if you download it and open it with Adobe Reader you can type the information in the fields (name, t-shirt size, etc), then print the form. You can then fax the form to Dean (fax number on the form), or scan and email the form (email address on the form), or just mail the form along with the cheque.

One month to go -- it's time to register!
Yesterday marked exactly one month until the start of the 2013 VanZeumeren reunion. Now it's time to register!
Please open and fill in the attached registration document, then mail it, along with the registration fee to me (registration details and address included in the document).
There are a number of options for getting the registration information to me. The form is a fillable PDF file, so if you download it and open it with Adobe Reader you can type the information in the fields (name, t-shirt size, etc), then print the form. You can then fax the form to me (fax number on the form), or scan and email the form to me (email address on the form), or just mail the form along with the cheque.
Please note that we need to have the t-shirt size and clan information by Friday, July 5 in order to get the t-shirts ordered in time. If your mailed form won't reach me by July 5 please fax or email a copy of the form to me.

More info about prices
Here's some new info about rates at Bissell's Hideaway:
It seems that some of the early birds did NOT get the reunion discount when they booked. There was also a question about whether we would be paying weekday prices and weekend rates.
Here is what Ed at Bissell's agreed when I spoke with him yesterday.
We will be charged the two different rates (for weekday and weekend) but he is increasing the four-day discount to 30% and the three-day discount to 25%. For example, a four-day booking for a serviced campsite will cost $255, including taxes, and a three-day booking will be $209, including taxes. This includes access to ALL park facilities.
The people who have already booked should see discounts applied to their credit cards. If not, call Ed.

Send photos
As preparation for the reunion, we are working to create a family tree, with photos.
Whether you are coming or not, we need your pictures and your info!
Please send a photo or photos of EVERYONE in your family, whether they were born or married into the VanZeumeren clan.
Recent photos are best. They can be individual photos or family photos, professional portraits or snapshots. We will be cropping headshots out of the photos, so a clear image of each face is best. Feel free to include boyfriends or girlfriends, especially if they're coming to the reunion.
Please include the names of all your family members, their connection to one of the original immigrants (Meta, Bert, John, Henk, Herman, Irene or Elly) and year of birth.
